Description
Responsibilities- Establishing and owning compliance strategy and framework
- Developing and reporting on a riskbased compliance monitoring program
- Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and changes
- Ensuring that we and all our third parties are complying with our strict ethical policies
- Instilling a positive, proactive culture towards regulation and legislation across the company
- Interpret and share FCA & PRA consultations
- Liaising with regulators, including responding to routine queries, audits and investigations
Strong knowledge of FinTechs and electronic money institutions (EMIs), and the regulations
