We have a great opportunity for a Bell Hop to join our fantastic Front Office team.

Your duties will include:

Work closely with the Concierge and Guest Service teams to maintain standards of performance procedures to ensure that the department runs effectively and professionally, creating a welcoming environment and providing extraordinary customer care.
Engage and build relationships with colleagues, regular guests, first time guests, residents and nonresidents, quickly assessing guests needs and flexing style appropriately.
Establish close working relationships with all departments, hotel consultants, suppliers and head office support
Ensure that through the promotion of knowledge, expertise and personality, incredible experiences are created, and a great reception and welcome is delivered for everyone
Assist with Concierge duties and valet parking requirements when offered.

What we would like you to bring:

1 years' experience as Bellhop/Luggage Porter in a lifestyle/luxury environment.
The ability to work with the team in the delivery of Concierge, lobby and arrival and departure standards and extraordinary customer care.
Exceptional customer care skills with the ability to deliver problem solving and service resolution and recovery.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with everyone.

If you can demonstrate the following skills, that would be an advantage:

Knowledge and use of Protel or Protel Air PMS system.
Ability to speak a second language.
Full UK driving licence.
Passion for environmental, sustainability, charity, community or volunteering activities.

Reporting to the Head Concierge, the role is full-time, 40-hours per week. Working to a flexible rota with a 30-minute break included.
