At Solutions30, we recognise the ever-increasing need for EV charging points and as such, aim to fulfil that need to its full potential.

We do this by providing full, end-to-end service of EVC solutions for domestic, public or enterprise use.


We are seeking a responsible, dedicated EV Project Manager to produce E2E delivery, and have commercial responsibility from initial instruction through to handover & acceptance of the completed site within our EV Charger Deployment vertical.

A key requirementof a successful Project Manager is to ensure each project is managed and delivered in compliance with CDM 2015 Principal Designer regulatory requirements, demonstrating the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience for previous projects delivered.


The Project Manager would be responsible for:

  • Client interface supporting operational and commercial activities. Receiving initial instruction and acting as an escalation point for the client and internally.
  • Ensure commercial performance is aligned with business KPI's and operational activities (electrical and civils) are fully covered within agreed pricing, whilst ensuring Health & Safety file is established, managed, and maintained.
  • Close liaison between EV Project Manager and appointed project Principal Designer to ensure all preconstruction and construction phase CDM regulatory requirements are documented and adhered to.
  • Managing a delivery team environment and ensuring all planning and reporting is timely and accurate.
  • Ownership of the equipment call off processes to support forecasted activities.
  • Responsibility to ensure works are completed in line with design requirements whilst driving quality and right firsttime behaviours in all aspects of the delivery process to ensure KPIs are achieved and maintained.
  • Ownership to ensure documentation required Post completion of the activity and is checked and uploaded to within the agreed KPI.
  • Ideal EV Project Manager would demonstrate strong subcontractor performance management skills and experience, whilst providing direct line management to members of the team, develop skill sets and complete PDR's in line with Solutions30's processes.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience and knowledge of deployment and delivery projects under CDM2015 Principal Designer or Principal Contractor compliance.
  • Experience of delivering projects that require electrical and civils construction services
  • Commercial and Delivery Management of subcontract resources and suppliers.
  • Strong communicator with professional approach, holding the ability to deliver, work and manage a multifunctional team in a challenging, pressurized, and fastmoving environment.
  • Good knowledge of the Telecommunications industry with experience and knowledge of network deployment and delivery projects

Location - Home Based with periodic attendance at head office and client locations
