BIA People are in search of Team Leaders who are available for an immediate start in the Wembley area


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: per week


Salary:
£13.00-£14.00 per hour


Position Purpose:


We are currently seeking a team leader to join our team at premium venues and event spaces in and around London.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of the Hospitality bar including managing staff, inventory and customer service.
  • Ensure that all guests receive prompt and efficient service and that their needs are met.
  • Adhere to any guest and manager requests quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Ensure that all staff are welltrained and able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience working at a bar
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work flexible hours inclusive of evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to commute to and from the Wembley area

Experience:


  • Hospitality: 1 year (required)
  • Bartending: 1 year (required)

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:

  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wembley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (required)

  • Bartending: 1 year (required)
