We're looking for an experienced Cook to join our team at Peacock Medicare Ltd.
Main roles and responsibilities
- Prepare appetising meals for care home residents.
- Understand catering challenges for older, vulnerable people.
- Collaborate with care team to address individual needs.
- Support and inspire kitchen assistants.
- Help with menu planning and maintain food hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Experienced cook with a cooking qualification.
- Compassionate towards frail, older individuals.
- Organised and a team player.
- Previous experience in care home catering preferred.
