- We're looking for a creative and analytical person to join our NatWest Rooster Money marketing team
- This is an opportunity to support our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on performance media and organic acquisition
- As you develop close, effective working relationships across our bank and agencies, you'll become a key digital contact for our stakeholders
What you'll do:
In this key role, you'll be enabling customer growth through our digital channels and looking at how we can drive greater customer adoption.
To do this, you'll partner with a range of stakeholders within NatWest Rooster Money to deliver innovative campaigns and plan and improve digital performance.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Helping to maximise our acquisition strategy, assisting with activities to improve our sales for paid channels and website optimisation
- Managing updates to the NatWest Rooster Money website and helping to manage web related projects
- Carrying out effective regular reports, competitor research and deep campaign analysis that will support our overall strategy
- Building strong working relationships with stakeholders and external partners to drive new customers to NatWest Rooster Money
- Generating and building new content ideas for advertising, testing and our website
The skills you'll need:
We're looking for someone with experience of working in a digital marketing environment across a range of digital channels.
Along with this, you'll have strong communication and organisation skills, and can manage your time effectively in order to achieve a high standard of delivery in your work.
Good analytical skills are also essential, as you'll be looking at data to drive insight and actions.Additionally, you'll need:
- Experience of delivering digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of testing and optimisation techniques
- A positive approach to change and the ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Excellent copywriting skills
- The ability to influence stakeholders and external partners at a range of levels
