This is a Job Share Vacancy based on 3 days/24 hours per week.
Salary - Up to £16,000 pro-rata, depending on experience


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Sales Ledger adding new sales orders onto Sage 200 & supporting excel files
  • Adding new customers onto Sage 200 once relevant creditsafe checks have been carried out
  • Updating & balancing excel files relating to debt, cash forecasting, debt collection
  • Processing of personal expense claims from SAP Concur Expense System along with housekeeping of the system
  • Assisting with yearly audit providing testing information as requested

Required Skills/Qualifications (Essential):


  • Demonstratable experience working within a finance related discipline, with considerable sales and purchase ledger experience
  • Strong accounts background with an understanding of the requirements of a small finance team and meeting company reporting deadlines
  • Experience of working with internal and external clients/suppliers and taking ownership for issues and meeting team objectives
  • Highly PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Educated to Standard Grade Level/GCSE (or equivalent) with passes in English and Math

Required Skills/Qualifications (Desirable):


  • HNC (or equivalent) in accounts, qualified by experience will be accepted
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 would be preferable but not required as training would be given

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
Up to £16,000.00 per year
