Position:
C++ Software Engineer


Salary:
£40,000 - £60,000


Office Location:
Edinburgh


Location of work:
Fully Remote Working


The Role:

Our client is now growing their technology team which is focused on the development of new, cutting-edge autonomous vehicle platforms and software tools.

These projects are truly unique and will set the industry standard movingforward.

They are happy for people to take on this role on a fully remote basis and also happy to welcome people to one of their state-of-the-art offices if preferred.


The successful Software Engineer will be joining a team design environment so strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with other engineers is crucial.

You can expect to be involved in the full design life cycle of a host of new projectsand should be keen to see projects through to completion.


Skills and Experience Required:


  • Modern C++ (11, 14 or 17 ideally)
  • Linux or Embedded development
  • Agile development environment
  • Build systems and compiler toolchains.

Desirable Skills and Experience:


  • Embedded systems
  • Embedded Linux
  • Kernel development
  • Python
