o provide general administrative support to the Essex Wellbeing Service Single Point of Access Team Priority Digital caseload management, registration of clients onto thesystem, Email and task completion, managing waiting lists, completingtelephone calls to a specific cohort of clients and general administrativefunctions to support the team Supporting with additional projects requested of the EWS Deal with telephone enquiries in a prompt and professional manner andescalate those which require input from other colleagues Liaise with other departments as appropriate and ensure documentationand referrals are shared with relevant organisations in a timely and efficientmanner Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timescales are met Any other function commensurate with competencies and job role
