Lab Tech Manager


We are looking to recruit a Laboratory Technical Manager with a track record of managing a small Team, reporting to the MD and Technical R&D Director.


Coming from a Lab background you will also need to have Industrial experience as a Man Manager or Supervisor with good organisational and Leadership skills.

Managing a busy team of 4 including Quality control Lab technicians.

supporting the Technical Directorwith R&D testing and compliance legislation for new product developments with the more specific training provided where needed.


You will run weekly and monthly meetings and also have morning meetings to agree who is doing what when, giving direction and motivation to achieve deadlines and improve turnaround.

This is a role which will require you to be a strong character with thegravitas to influence with a management style which nurture and brings people on in a team environment to achieve Daily, weekly and Monthly individual and team goals.


Essential Criteria

  • Lab Experience
  • Industrial experience
  • Man Management/Supervisor or Team Leader with a confident and personable approach
  • Commutable to ST5

Salary:
£40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
