We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our friendly team, the dental receptionist will be the first point of contact to patients and will work closely with our team of qualified Orthodontists and Orthodontic Therapists and Orthodontic Nurses, ensuring sessions run as smoothly as possible.

We are looking for a person who has a positive, calm and charismatic attitude and can work flexible hours.

The receptionist duties will include preparing and maintaining the booking and payment systems and providing excellent support and guidance to patients and their parents about their orthodontic treatment.

Salary and benefits:
- £9.50-£13.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.

What the role requires:

• Minimum 1 year of similar receptionist experience.
• To be able to provide exceptional levels of patient/customer care over the phone and face to face.
• Welcome all patients arriving at the practice in a friendly polite manner.
• Managing correspondence in a timely manner.
• Be motivated, organised and a good communicator who thrives upon maintaining high standards and promoting our values.
• Ensure that the appointment/booking system is working efficiently and accurate.
• Collect and record patient payments safely.
• Ensure patient records are completed correctly with compliance to GDPR regulations.
• Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations as required.
• Undergo training as may be required to develop your skills and abilities.
• Attend refresher and update training for medical emergencies and CPR.
• Work between different practice locations from time to time when required.

Salary:
£9.50-£13.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
