Sales Executive
We are looking for a high energy, ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. JQ Modern is a brand new office complex in Birmingham's fashionable Jewellery Quarter. We provide private and fully serviced office spaces to creative and digital companies.


Role
Meeting prospects and negotiating deals

Preparing written proposals for enquiries Prospecting for new leads

Outbound sales calls and follow up to lead generation campaigns

Ensuring all enquiries are promptly replied to

The successful applicant will

  • Be a good communicator
  • Be organised and methodical
  • Have a minimum of 2 years sales experience ideally within serviced office space or hospitality
Monday - Friday, on site at JQ Modern.

Full time. Permanent.


Salary
£22,000 per annum + £12,000 bonus for delivering targets = £34,000 pa OTE.
