I am currently working with a business, based near Pride Park in Derby that are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

This role is a full time, permanent role with flexibility in both hours and hybrid working. They can offer three days working from home with flexible working hours around other commitments.

The business are offering a salary up to £44,000 depending on experience.

The Finance Business Partner will take the lead for all financial work streams and be the single point of contact for all finance matters (business as usual and projects) under the guidance of the Finance Manager.

Description

Be the single point of contact for all finance matters, working closely with the business to provide financial support and guidance. Be the financial voice for all profit and loss (P&L) and Capital Expenditure (Capex) queries and ensure all outputs aredelivered on time to a high level of quality.
Take ownership and prepare fully comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations, including supporting documentation each period.
Develop financial reporting and analysis that facilitates effective decision making activity within the business.
Lead in the production of period end management accounting tasks, including the integrity of financial transactions, performing detailed variance analysis and compiling directorate level commentaries.
