Our Client, a Leading firm in West Sussex are looking for an experienced ProfessionalSupport Lawyer to come and join their highly regarded Court of Protection department.

The role will be broad and varied, the well-established Court of Protection team are looking for someone to provide professional legal assistance as well as enhance procedures,processes and strategies overall for the department to meet business needs.

You will be keeping up to date with the ever-changing market and ensuring the department is compliant with various matters.

Your role will involve being responsible for supervisingstaff and ensuring continued professional development throughout.

We would like to hear from applicants with previous experience as a Professional Support Lawyer, or with substantial experience behind them who are willing and capable of playing a leading rolewithin this department.
