Job Purpose
Responsible for delivering on day-to-day objectives and is a functional resource for external and/or internal stakeholders. Performs to support and contribute to the positive business results for Vessel Operations. Responsible for EUA Vessel Operations administrative functions.


Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement:


  • Maintain, monitor and update tariffs in PSO (Port Service Order) in OPUS.
  • Invoice/tarif queries resolution related to PSO. Daily communication with Vessels, Local OPS, Terminals and other marine vendors.
  • Maintain Stevedore Damage/Container Damage Database.
  • Follow each SDR/CDR case to the conclusion including billing.
  • Produce regular reports related to PSO and SDR/CDR.
  • Assist SPO team with TDR registration in OPUS Stowage.
  • Produce operational reports for SPO related to restows and TBU accuracy.
  • TES query resolution related to SPO items.
  • Produce operational Looker reports.
  • Maintain Vessel Operations files ensuring they are kept accurate and up to date at all times, including managing files and organising archiving of files regularly.
  • Maintain record of the meetings with competitors for the compliance purposes.
  • Supports various marine programs including marine safety, regulatory compliance, certain environmental programs, damage prevention, and emergency response.

Skills, Qualifications, and Expertise:


  • Accuracy and attention to detail (essential).

  • 12 years' experience in a similar administrative focused role (essential).
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint & GSuite (essential).
  • Ability to use initiative and be proactive (essential).

Key Relationships

  • The job holder will be required to work closely with the Regional Vessel Operations Manager and Stowage and Cargo Manager as well as with all members of the Vessel Operations team.
  • The job holder will frequently deal with internal stakeholders globally.
  • The job holder will have day to day contact with staff and managers across all divisions of the Company.
