CNC MILLER SETTER & OPERATOR / BRISTOL - PERMANENT VACANCY

Location:
Bristol, BS30


Assignment:
Permanent contract


This role is Shift based, alternating each week:
Shift Pattern 1 Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm Friday 6am-11am

Shift Pattern 2 Mon-Thurs 2pm-10pm Friday 11am-4pm

Shift Pattern 3 Sun-Mon 11pm -6am Mon -Thursday 10pm-6am


Pay:
£ £15.00 per hour + 25% shift allowance increasing pay to £ £18.75 per hour


Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for 4 x CNC Operators based in Bristol on a full-time permanent contract.


Duties as a CNC Miller Setter & Operator:

  • Setting and operating CNC Milling machines
  • Producing components from range of materials
  • Adhering to quality standards
  • Deburring of components
  • Maintaining a clear and safe working areas and walkways

About you:


  • 5 years CNC experience
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Understanding of Renishaw Tool Calibration and Spindle Probes
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions
  • Be proactive for the continual improvement of processes
  • Ability to selfmanage work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be a team player and willing to adhere to company procedures
