We are excited to be looking for a
Breakfast Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, we want someone who enjoys being part of team, working with our guests and is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about what they do

Your role will cover the following responsibilities:

• Shift pattern 6:30am-3/4pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Provide a warm welcome for guests and making recommendations from the menu/ drinks list if requested
• Deliver an excellent customer service that anticipates individual guest needs
• Supervises the food and beverage team during breakfast service
• Take food and beverage orders from guests
• Prepare and set tables for the next guests
• Ensure the food service area is left clean and tidy once guests have left
• Adhere to food hygiene and food safety standards

Work Experience

• Strong Team leader with at least one year Food & Beverage experience
• Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Proven commercial acumen through previous roles.
• Fluent in English spoken & written.
