Central Saint Michael's Sixth Form is looking for an enthusiastic Lecturer to join us on a full time, permanent basis.

This role would be for the delivery of L3 Btec Business as well as providing support for two tutor groups.


As part of this role you will deliver specific programmes in line with the college's aims and objectives for this area's curriculum plan.

You will work closely with management, colleagues and students to ensure success for both college and students. Your confidence and excellent communication skills will also ensure a great partnership with our stakeholders too.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with previous experience in Business.

Not only will you be teaching Business at Btec Level 3 and sharing your experience and knowledge but you always be creating opportunities for students, including work experience.

You will be motivated and have great interpersonal skills and an ability to engage, motivate and support mixed ability learners.

An academic background in Business would be fantastic, along with a recognised teaching qualification, (L5 or above).

We will also consider someone who is willing to work towards obtaining this qualification and has experience of working in a Business role which would be relatable to the areas we teach.
