Head of Software Engineering / VP Engineering, Remote, UK

We are looking for an experienced Head of Software Engineering to oversee all of the engineering and report directly to our CEO.

This person will be tasked with leading the efforts of building the next generation of solutions encompassing algorithmic ad placement and machine learning.

We're looking for an innovative thinker with strong ability and experience in leading
high-performing technical teams to impressive results.

Tech Stack

AWS through and through. We're using as much AWS technology as possible within the core of our products to reduce time to market, improve interoperability, and drive cost efficiencies.

Skills / Attributes Required

A people person, capable of nurturing across the team, from our pool of firstclass software graduates to motivating and coaching our team of very experienced senior engineers.
Strong experience working with enterprise architecture and interface design, proven success architecting complex software solutions
Experience in running teams focused on machine learning and business process automation.
Experience in working with the broadcast, media, and adtech sectors is very desirable
Excellent communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills with a keen customer focus capable of presenting technical solutions to customers, investors, and other stakeholders.
