As an Estate Agent you will be responsible for:- Day to day admin Manage solicitors
- Generating new business leads
- Carrying out valuations
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Presenting sales pitches to prospective clients Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Adhere to Company Best Practices/Brand Standards.
- Some Viewings Promote features and benefits of the Company's service, e.g. marketing and advertising strength, customer service programme, customer care
- Experience ideal, but not essential as full training is provided
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Great time management
- Organised
- Professional mannerism
- Selfstarter
Salary:
£19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Experience:
Estate Agency: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
