Team Leader

Salary:
£34,751.03 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week


Location:
Haringey, Watermead Way Depot, N17 0FJ

What you'll be doing;

  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
  • Proactively manage resources to ensure service requirements are met
  • Daily monitoring of properties and liaising with residents.
  • Perform monthly operational monitoring of crews
  • Ensure data is recorded accurately in the required systems daily
  • Distributing crews the appropriate materials at the start of the day and completing debriefing
  • Investigating accidents involving any employees/ equipment is responded to immediately and fully investigated.
  • Assist management to ensure the smooth running of the Depot.

What we're looking for;

  • HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (desirable)
  • Previous experience in waste collection operations
  • IT literacy (Google and Echo Service management solutions or similar products are preferred)
  • Good verbal and written Communication skills
  • Willing to attend additional training
