We are TDS.

We were established in 2003 to operate tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and to provide dispute resolution services in relation to tenancy deposits.

We now operate tenancy deposit schemes in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and our other offices in Glasgow and Belfast.

In 2022 we also launched the New Homes Ombudsman Service. We are collaborative and forward-thinking with our colleagues and customers at the heart of everything we do.

With our proven success, it is necessary to expand our team to ensure the services we offer continue to make a difference.

We have a new opportunity within our Resolution Operations team to join them as a
Resolution Administrator.


This is a 6-month fixed term role based in our TDS office in Hemel Hempstead and will follow our hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.


Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Multitasking and prioritizing heavy workloads efficiently
  • Conducting thorough reviews of deposit dispute cases, maintaining records and addressing internal and external queries to ensure targets are met
  • Review adjudication reports following established procedures and communicate dispute outcomes to involved parties
  • Set up award payments aligned with the adjudication report, ensuring accuracy in payment details, and meet internal and external KPIs for timely report issuance. Identify and address special circumstances impacting payment processing.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as reasonably required by a TDS Dispute Resolution Manager, stay updated on developments in the private rented sector, and safeguard the independence and impartiality of TDS' dispute resolution service.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate practical knowledge and experience in:

  • Processing large volumes of electronic information
  • Being a confident communicator both verbally and written
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Effectively working in a team
  • Showing a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
