Customer Care Advisor

Featherstone

Groomfield Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their client based in Featherstone on an temp - perm contract.

This position will include 2 days of induction training as well as learning the telephone systems.

The duties involved in this role are:

Work flexibly and efficiently to meet internal and external customer needs, whilst maintaining the highest possible professional standards
Engage in personal professional development and attend mandatory training
To follow and promote relevant SOPs and Company policy and procedure to always ensure patient safety.
Ensure correct use of the system and maintain a high level of data quality.
Ensure patients are contacted in a timely manner complying with patient confidentially and data protection protocols.

You will have an excellent customer service background and be confident using the phones daily.

Requirements:

Efficient and polite communication skills
Ability to construct professional written communications
Computer Literate
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Hours:

Monday to Friday
40 hours per week
09:30 18:00

Salary:
£11.44per hour
