About Noumed:

Noumed Life Sciences is a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Maidenhead, Berkshire. We offer a generous pension scheme, 23 days holiday, ample free parking, and an onsite gym.

We operate on a weekly double day shift pattern, Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm, with an early finish on Fridays.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Management of the day to day running of the packaging area activities.
Responsibility for the development, supervision and on the job training of packaging personnel.
Assisting the with the recruitment of packaging personnel.
Ensuring the cleanliness and housekeeping of the packaging facility is maintained.
Ensuring the production timelines and schedules are met.
Ensuring that personnel are trained and comply to the company/area SOP's.
Reporting, writing and reviewing of Deviations, OOS, Change Control and other related quality documents.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualities:

Significant line production experience. Experience of working to cGMP standards would be advantageous.
Working knowledge of 5S principles and practices.
Ability to read, write and understand the English language for the purpose of reading documents, product labels and instructions and basic maths skills.
Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others and work in a teambased environment.
Strong IT skills including MS Office
Ability to prioritise a high workload; highly organised with excellent organisational and time management skills.
