About You
Territory Studio is looking for a talented Studio Coordinator to join our vibrant and dynamic team.

If you're seeking an exciting role with scope for development and where you can make your mark within a leading creative studio, then this is the role for you From curating a safe and dynamic workplace to managing events and overseeing our friendly front-of-house team, you'll be at the forefront of our success story.

Based onsite at our London Studio, we're looking for an organised, hands-on individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional customer service in a creative and relaxed environment.


The Role

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth studio operations.
  • Maintain high standards for the studio environment, creating a pleasant and safe workplace.
  • Manage office supplies, including milk, tea, and coffee.
  • Provide exemplary frontofhouse service to visitors and staff.
  • Lead and manage a small reception team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire prevention, and security regulations.
  • Manage and maintain the studio calendar.
  • Work with IT and Support teams to ensure security compliance.
  • Facilitate space planning and ongoing maintenance.
  • Assist with logistics and setup of studio events and initiatives.
  • Support office security management and promote safety.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff and freelancers.
  • Act as the primary contact for workplace accidents or safety risks.
  • Lead fire prevention efforts and drills.
  • Manage supplier contracts including stationary and fire safety equipment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact with the landlord.
  • Oversee all maintenance contractors and repair projects.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 23 years of experience as a studio coordinator or in administrative/operations/facilities/frontofhouse roles preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in maintaining professional and diplomatic communication.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, productivity software, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements, with a willingness to learn new processes and tools.
  • Self starter with ability to with own initiative and think on your feet.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a creative and fastpaced environment.
