A very successful, friendly and driven Logistics business is looking for a Business Development Manager/ Field Sales Executive/ Area Sales Manager to cover the SO postcodes.


Salary:
£32K-£35k + £45k OTE Uncapped + car allowance. This brand has many companies underneath them and are award winning which will result in lots of progression.

Territory:
SO POSTCODES - The Southampton Area

Head office:
Southampton


You can WFH when not on meetings but they would ideally like you to show your face in the office now and again.


Key Accountabilities:
*Sell profitable new business within assigned territory by cold calling, cultivating leads and networking.
*Ensure monthly and YTD business revenue and profit targets are met
*Make customized presentations to various decision makers to close new business
*Maintain and increase revenue streams with current key accounts in a specific territory.
*Master extensive knowledge of the brands and its products.
*Ensure high post-sale satisfaction and positive long-term relationships
*Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to maximize sales and revenue growth within territory

  • 12 New business appointments per week

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • 2 years successful and documented B2B sales experience
*Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
*Demonstrable evidence of cold calling
*Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (additional experience with a CRM system is preferred)
*Successful professional track record with solid achievements, rankings, or awards
*Transportation industry, Domestic or International sales experience highly preferred.
*Entrepreneurial attitude
*Ability to manage diverse workload
