Job Summary
Provide excellent service by responding to all internal and external customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction and confidence is achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- To thoroughly investigate all customer (internal and external) enquiries and resolve them in a professional timely manner
- To accurately record all customer contacts on the contact management system to ensure that up to date records are available for analysis.
- To liaise with internal departments and external companies to resolve customer issues.
- To authorise goodwill and car hire payments where justified, to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely manner. Liaising with the Customer & Sales Support Manager as appropriate.
- Provide feedback to the Customer & Sales Support Manager on where processes can be amended and improved.
- Support team members with workload.
- To always promote the interests of the Business.
Qualifications and experience required (Minimum)
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- Conversant in Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Able to prioritise duties
- Thorough attention to detail
Competencies/Skills Required
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive approach.
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- Time management skills in a fastpaced environment.
- The ability to use own initiative but know when matters need to be referred.

- Previous Customer Support role experience
