About Our Client:

My client is a leading manufacturer in the optical industry. They specialise in offering solutions to businesses.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate, escalate, and liaise with the global team as required to ensure successful resolution of customer queries
  • Developing a professional rapport with the customer, identifying and addressing customer's needs and advising them on products and services accordingly
  • Be commercially aware and identify opportunities to further enhance the relationship with the customer; either delivering these opportunities or sharing with the commercial team as appropriate
  • Be a representative of the brand; promoting and its products
  • Building long term relationships with customers
  • Achieve KPIs (including first contact resolution and customer feedback)
  • Working collaboratively across the business to ensure resolution of customer queries

The Successful Applicant:


As a Customer Service Advisor you will have:

  • Experience in a customer service call centre environment which includes a proven track record of successfully delivering a world class customer experience
  • Technical bias interest in and experience of resolving customer technical queries that are equipment or digital solution orientated
  • Proactive mindset desire to add value for the customer that is coupled with the followthrough of a results driven mindset
  • Investigation and problem solving skillset
  • A high level of digital skills
  • Microsoft Office and digital solutions that are required to deliver a customer experience
  • Continuous improvement mindset able to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and evidence of taking accountability for delivering these
  • Time management and prioritisation skillset
