Customer Support Coordinator

Fittingly is a young and innovative company who uses cutting edge technology to enable our customers to design their own customised wardrobe and storage solutions, which we manufacture in our factory in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent.

We are looking to expand our small but growing operations team which oversees all our aftersales activity and supports our manufacturing function.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Handling any customer complaints by effective communication and problem solving.
Ensuring we're delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Preparing customer designs for sign off and helping customers through the specification and sign off process.
Supporting our fitters and drivers and helping to resolve logístical problems.
Liaising with the factory manager to support enquires relating to orders and designs.
Have strong technical skills and the ability to become a product expert and learn our in house systems and design tools.
As an important member of our small team, it will be essential for you to be able to work independently, be highly organised and effectively manage your own workload to juggle multiple priorities.
You will have extensive experience dealing with customer issues and complaints.
Will play an important role in our small business, by being a key point of contact for our customers.
Experience working with people across multiple teams and disciplines.

Operating hours are between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8 to 4, 9.00 to 5.00 and 10 to 6pm.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:
