Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Overview

This role entails spending one day per week at our Leicester office._

A Glimpse into Your Role

Develop and execute comprehensive, growthoriented product marketing strategies and plans.
Conduct meticulous market research and analysis to pinpoint customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
Engage in precise market segmentation and formulate laserfocused marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments.
Monitor and report on key product marketing metrics encompassing product adoption, customer feedback, and revenue expansion.
Forge a collaborative rapport with project management to ensure seamless execution of larger, intricate projects within specified timeframes.
Foster and nurture relationships with organisations and individuals in alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with SLT to discern valueenhancing, incomegenerating, and influential opportunities through external partnerships.
Cultivate and sustain an indepth knowledge of products across various verticals.
Collaborate closely with the Products team to fullfill product roadmap objectives in a punctual manner.
Articulate compelling product narratives and value propositions that eloquently convey the advantages and distinctive selling points of our client's products.
Work hand in hand with the Sales team to enhance sales collateral, sales assets, and optimise sales prospects.
Curate and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons through engagement with crossfunctional stakeholders and autonomous research initiatives. For instance, constructing and tracking competitor matrices.

What We Seek in You

A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
Profound understanding of product marketing principles, spanning market analysis, positioning, messaging, and product launch tactics.
Possession of an analytical mindset primed to interpret market research findings and derive actionable insights.
A collaborative, influential spirit that fosters cooperation among crossfunctional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM platforms.
A flair for creative thinking and problemsolving, pivotal for steering innovative marketing campaigns.
