Accounts Receivable Specialist - 6 months

About Our Client:

You will be part of a friendly, vibrant and supportive team.


Duties include:

  • Raising sales invoices
  • Raising credit notes
  • Chasing purchase orders from relevant teams
  • Checking VAT
  • Reviewing billing lists for invoicing
  • Resolving queries
  • Journals for invoices, credits and bad debt
  • Ensuring the sales ledger is clean
  • Ensuring all details are up to date and correct on the system
  • Ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant:


  • Have previous experience working within a sales ledger/accounts receivable function essential
  • Be able to communicate effectively with internal teams essential
  • Be able to use multiple accounting and finance systems desirable
  • Have intermediate excel skills essential
  • Be able to work within a team and independently essential
  • Be proactive and driven desirable

What's on Offer:

This role is offering up to £28,000 + hybrid working
