**Warehouse Administration Manager
Competitive salary dependent on exp

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administration Manager to work at our client's busy site in Luton. They offer a competitive salary, life assurance and enrolment in their cash back health care scheme.


Responsibilities - Warehouse Administration Manager include:

  • Being the first point of escalation for all Warehouse Contract Administrators.
  • Engage with key account customers and delivering on all expectations.
  • Implement and update warehouse contract KPI's.
  • Oversee all warehouse invoicing ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assign and monitor all functions within the Warehouse Administration team.
  • Ensure a firstclass service is delivered to customers at all times.

Skills / Experience

  • Excellent problemsolving ability
  • Outstanding customer service expertise
  • Demonstrable experience of working in warehouse operations
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Up to date knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures
  • Numerate with strong financial acumen
