Macildowie Finance are recruiting an
experienced Financial Accountant to help a highly successful and progressive Leicestershire business for 6mnths to start ASAP.

As this is an interim Financial Accountant role, the important aspects that the business would like support with include:
Supporting the Finance Manager and work with the existing team and wider business with financial reporting and controls

Month end reporting
Managing the IFRS16 accounting
Performing more complex balance sheet reconciliations
Reconciling for intercompany accounts
Preparation of the statutory accounts
Reviewing weekly cash forecasts
Review and reconcile PAYE submissions
Ensure that the central balance sheet general ledger codes are reconciled monthly
Resolve any issues relating to the balance sheet
Liaising with external auditors

This position needs someone who is experienced in the above as a strong Financial Accountant with experience of working in a fast paced, larger business.

Ideally you will have a finance qualification ACA or ACCA and be available at short notice.

NB:
thisrole is hybrid - 3/4 days working from home 1/2 days office.
