About the Team

Responsibilities:

Responsible for monthly benefits administration and ensure that the Payroll department and thirdparty providers receive documentation and reports across EMEA on time;
Support invoice processing, which includes but isn't limited to monitoring of costs, service levels and accuracy of data;
Support benefits process design and communications;
Support annual benefit events, including annual benefits enrolment and renewal projects;
Run adhoc reports on benefits utilisation and help interpret insights;
Respond to employee queries;
Assist with benefitsrelated projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

Attention to detail and high accuracy levels;
Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritise key projects;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Able to work with high volumes of data/tasks;
Able to demonstrate communicating effectively at all levels;
Excellent analytical skills with a strong interest in international benefits operations.
