Our Complaints Assurance Lead will have a key role in ensuring complaints that are received by our Multi-Academy Trust are managed in a professional and statutorily compliant manner, with an aim of successful resolution for all parties.

The successful applicant will work within our Governance and Assurance support department to risk assess complaints, providing advice, support and assistance to schools in relation to the management of Complaints, Whistleblowing complaints and potential action under the Parents Code of Conduct.
