Payroll and Accounts Admin

12 months fixed term contract

9am-5pm Monday-Friday

About the role of Payroll and Accounts Admin

  • Processing payroll from start to finish for weekly and monthly staff, approx. 70 employees
  • Collating weekly timesheets, liaising with managers to sign off timesheets checking calculations and inputting on computer system
  • Setting up new starters on the system and processing leaver documentation
  • Processing SSP, SMP, SPP payments as well as holiday pay and pension contributions, producing monthly reports for Financial Controller for Holiday pay accruals etc
  • All other payroll duties

Sales Ledger Admin
For top 10 customers you will be tasked with the maintaining of their accounts

  • Creating invoices, collating weekly/monthly reports, liaising with customers to assist in getting invoices approved for payment
  • Ability to resolve queries that arise from the weekly report
  • Assisting in the uploading of invoices onto Clients own Portals
  • Other adhoc duties when necessary
