Employee Benefits Consultant
Our client provides employee benefits with a real difference, working with over 16,500 employers and counting across the UK. Their team are experts in providing bespoke benefits packages to both private and public sector organisations.
What We're looking For:
- Proven successful track record in target driven environment
- Previous experience of working as an Employee Benefits consultant
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Pension, Health, Risk & Wellbeing marketplace, products, and services.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience in conducting presentations to large audiences.
- Experience in developing relationships within the Employee Benefits arena.
- Experience achieving/exceeding financial targets.
- Proven experience of understanding clients' needs and providing focussed solutions with successful results.
What You're looking For:
This is a 'desk based' employee benefits consultant position - however the client also offers flexible working split between home & office.
What You'll Be Doing:
Your role will be to manage a portfolio of clients, providing excellent client service and spotting further opportunities through understanding your client's needs.
