Customer Specialist - Housing needed in Newbury, £15.55ph PAYE - Reference: **This role can be based in Christchurch, Exeter, Newbury or Bristol
We are ideally looking for applicants with experience of delivering housing management services e.g. safeguarding, anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
This is a customer focused role with the primary aim of taking ownership of complex Tier 2 housing related queries.
You will ensure you deliver a professional, excellent customer experience by actioning and closing complex queries at the point of contact.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
