Customer Specialist - Housing needed in Newbury, £15.55ph PAYE - Reference: **This role can be based in Christchurch, Exeter, Newbury or Bristol

We are ideally looking for applicants with experience of delivering housing management services e.g. safeguarding, anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.

This is a customer focused role with the primary aim of taking ownership of complex Tier 2 housing related queries.

You will ensure you deliver a professional, excellent customer experience by actioning and closing complex queries at the point of contact.

Where this is not possible you will take an end-to-end case management approach to owning and investigating the query by interrogating systems and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to reach the right outcome and effective
resolution.

You will actively engage with the customer to understand their issue to be able to resolve it in a timely and appropriate way.

You will ensure that the customer is kept fully informed of actions
agreed as they are carried out in a timely way to set standards.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
