We are recruiting for a Store Planning Procurement & Facilities Manager to join a luxury fashion brand in London
You will be responsible for both Procurement and Cost Control within the retail & office environments.
Reporting to the Store Planning Director, you will be responsible for the creation & execution of the strategy that will allow for the optimization andreduction of the worldwide capex for Store, Office & Showroom projects whilst sourcing & managing the highest quality of materials and service for the House.
Duties include (the role will be 70% Store Planning / Procurement and 30% Facilities)
- Manage all Procurement projects (specification work, sourcing, negotiation, contract, rollout & communication) in close partnership with Stakeholders.
- Accurate cost forecasting for all new Stores, Office Renovations & Showroom Projects
- Contribute to providing value engineering solutions on currently running projects.
- Bulk order definition and management of the production quality control.
- Periodic Financial alignment with Finance teams.
- Cost analysis for all stores, reporting this back to the Board.
- Setup of procurement protocols, in cooperation with the procurement team.
- Manage Supplier and Consultant certification, including audits on site and prototype validation.
- Monitor suppliers with regular business reviews and reporting (balance sheets, performance, quality, level of services)
- Manage purchases of services and materials relating to Store Planning.
- Worldwide facility management ownership on stores, through a team of local partners, including budgeting and continuous follow up.
Who you are?
- Extensive experience within the luxury sector, ideally within Fashion Retail or Jewellery.
- Engineer level or equivalent experience with prior working history as a Cost Controller or Procurement Officer/Manager.
- Skilled in negotiations and networking.
- Aptitude in decisionmaking and working with numbers.
- Excellent leadership capabilities but also talent in team working
- Prior experience of collating and analyzing data.
- IT knowledge: Standard Office and Adobe packages, on both Mac and Android.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
