We are looking for a passionate and experienced receptionist to join us in changing patients' lives through dentistry, facial aesthetics and beauty treatments.

We are a high-end, digitally advanced and luxury practice looking to elevate our patients' journey to the next level.

As a dental receptionist you will be required to contact leads generated through external advertising and internal leads, deal with telephone enquiries, book new patients, establish rapport, discuss various finance and membership options for payment of treatments etc.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a dental receptionist
• Be a champion of customer satisfaction
• Must have exceptional communication skills
• Must have good I.T skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be proficient with social media
• Be well presented
• Be a forward thinker and work on own initiative
• Be a team player
• Be motivated for self improvement
• Play a key role in the practice leadership team, supporting and deputising for the Practice Manager

Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour
