The role:


We have a brilliant opportunity for someone to join our HR team in either London or Bristol as a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor.

Reporting to the D&I Managers, the Advisor will support the delivery of the firm's international D&I strategy.

The Advisor will be responsible for delivering internal and external D&I initiatives and producing external award submissions, benchmarking and reporting.


What will you do:


  • Supports the D&I Managers in developing and delivering the firm's international D&I strategy by contributing expert advice and coordinating D&I programmes and projects aligned to the firm's priorities.
  • Produces detailed D&I responses for RFPs, pitches, including statistical and qualitative data.
  • Responsible for producing D&I award submissions, external benchmarking and reporting.
  • Leads D&I supplier engagement and partnering initiatives including annual diversity supplier audit and diversity supplier roundtable event.
  • Manages the Charitable Foundation charity selection process and liaises with internal and external stakeholders and charitable organisations.
  • Plan and deliver internal and D&I events.
  • Supports the D&I Managers to develop and deliver training materials to build knowledge, awareness and understanding of diversity issues.
  • Manages the annual diversity monitoring process and provides analysis of the firm's demographics.
  • Liaises with the firm's employee network groups on planning, resourcing and implementing initiatives.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key D&I contacts, community partners, external organisations and formal bodies to understand emerging D&I issues. Uses this information to advise on changes to the firm's international D&I strategy.
  • Working with the D&I Managers, Head of Talent & Diversity, Resourcing team, Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager, HR Director and other key stakeholders to establish the firm's employer brand, ensuring that this is communicated effectively both internally and externally and is aligned to key D&I priorities.
  • Any other tasks as reasonably requested by the D&I Manager or Head of Talent & Diversity.

What we are looking for:


  • At least 3 years' relevant D&I experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Good knowledge and awareness of best practice relating to D&I and social inclusion.
  • Good knowledge of employment law and policy.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word and willingness to use software packages that are unfamiliar.
  • Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive HR and diversity issues.
