Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver?


We are currently recruiting for our well established and well known client based in Bedford for an experienced Forklift Driver with a valid Counterbalance forklift licence.


Hours of work are Monday to Friday 12.00 midday PM

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:


To effectively assist all forklift operations on shift and packing when required, to ensure maximum efficiency and excellent customer service.

To ensure that goods are moved to the correct locations and all goods are moved, stacked, maintained and securedto company and client standards.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand and follow all packaging codes and format

Work to daily production targets

Remove completed pallets from Production Lines and load trucks when necessary via the forklift truck

Complete stitcher checks

Ensure traceability is maintained via the scanning system

Label and wrap completed pallets

Pack on lines as and when required

To make sure that all products that are packed are formatted correctly with correct labels and delivery codes etc.
