I am delighted to be working alongside a well-known Newcastle based business to recruit an Finance Administrator on a perm contract.
This client are offering an immediate start date.Duties will include:
- Invoice processing
- Processing expense and payment requests
- Nominal Ledger Control Account Reconciliations
- Daily Banking and cash book postings
- Maintaining local purchase and sales ledgers
- Raising adhoc sales invoices
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Basic administration & filing
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Monitoring daily communications and dealing with queries
- Processing sales and purchase ledger invoices, entering incoming receipts onto Xero
- Organise couriers and deliveries
- Book Subcontractors onto jobs and liaise with end clients.
- Assist with general office administration duties.
- Keep hire management system up to date with on and off hires
- Keep company Excel spreadsheets up to date
Person Specification:
- Attention to detail
- High levels of accuracy in all processing
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Adaptability
- Previous Accounting Background
- Previous Manufacturing experience and advantage but not essential
