Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Sourcer to join our team.

The Talent Sourcer role will help source, process and hire professionals across a variety of departments including; Commercial, Operations and CEOs Office, supporting our defined hiring roadmap.

The Talent Sourcer will work closely alongside the Talent Specialist in ensuring that applicants receive an unrivalled hiring and onboarding experience.

This role will predominantly focus on applicant qualification and pipeline management so strong organisational and communication skills are a must.

This role has plenty of scope to grow, over time, into a more senior talent acquisition role.


The Role
What will you work on as a The Talent Sourcer at QuantSpark?

  • Work with colleagues across Talent Acquisition and the wider business to understand what great talent looks like for QuantSpark
  • Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager on progress, pipeline and any challenges

Experience requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience working as an inhouse or agency sourcer focused on Sales, Marketing, Operations or HR hiring.
  • You have experience working with an ATS (TeamTailor, Workable, Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
  • You have experience with building a niche LinkedIn network and how to use LinkedIn recruiter effectively.
  • Strong boolean search skills across a range of platforms
  • You have experience partnering with hiring managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
  • You're proactive, innovative and in search of ways to build diverse and inclusive pipelines. You stay ahead of the trends and innovation in recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Driven but humble, resilient, adaptable and proactive.
  • Comfortable working in a facepaced, constantly changing environment.

Salary
£30,000 - £35,000
