We're looking for a
Sales Director to lead the charge within the UK agencies and answer the growing demand for in-game advertising.

You'll be an experienced, charismatic communicator with an analytical mind, have a deep knowledge of media, programmatic and brand comms and know your way around the agency landscape.

We need someone who can simply harness the natural excitement and engagement of our gaming environment, curating the story and media justification for both agencies and clients.

Position:


  • Player/manager role
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key agencies and brands to generate advertising revenues across the new and exciting ingame advertising sector
  • Be the UK figurehead for the brand, establishing Anzu's growing reputation and brand awareness across UK media agencies, showing Anzu as the leader in the gaming sector with the best tech and titles
  • Utilise our close WPP/GroupM relationship to maximise this unique opportunity
  • Bring a consultative approach to help educate and build awareness of the brand new media opportunity within gaming and the metaverse
  • Work with our Client Services and Campaign Management teams to ensure Anzu provide bestinclass customer service for your clients
  • Coordinate global account discussions and collaborate with our other sales teams around the world
  • Build and manage a UK sales team with opportunity to grow into a Sales Director EMEA role with the other regional Sales Director reporting into you
  • Help shape the company, the market and the industry by getting into ingame advertising at this early stage and accelerating your career progression in this fast moving sector
  • Help shape the Anzu product by work closely with internal product and tech teams to bring market feedback inhouse and ensure products are aligned with the market needs
  • Working closely with and reporting in the Global VP of Demand who is also based in the UK

Requirements:


  • Strong media sales experience within the UK agency landscape
  • Knowledge of all aspects of the programmatic ecosystem (planning, buying and delivery)
  • An analytical mind with an eye for detail.
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and hitting targets
  • Wellestablished contact book across the agency landscape
  • Multitasking skills and being comfortable in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and crossfunctional teams, for both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Excellent presentation skills and being comfortable in front of large groups
