Fantastic new opportunity to the market to join our Glasgow-based Fintech client, specialising in managed Cloud provision.

The business is now recruiting for a seasoned Systems Administrator, as they continue to grow their tech team from their newly opened, state-of-the-art tech hub in Glasgow.


Our client is a true Scottish success story, who support some impressive clients globally and have just raised significant funding to embark on the next phase of their journey.

They have enjoyed continued growth, year on year, since they were founded and now feature on the London Stock Exchange, with over 100 staff members globally.


Skills/Experience Required

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience across Linux and Windows estates
  • RHEL, Centos, Ubuntu exposure
  • Maintenance, deployments. Patching and configuration
  • Creating and maintaining automation playbooks
  • Ansible / Puppet
  • Collaboration with Software Development team
  • Producing and maintaining system documentation
  • Server support level
  • Experience of VMware environments
  • Containerisation exposure desirable
  • Financial Services experience is beneficial
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
