Pay Rate:
From £11.25 per hour weekdays to £12.25 per hour
weekends.

Shifts Available:
Permanent, full time - 45h/week (Working 5 over 7 days on a rotational shift pattern).

We are currently seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our exceptional team at one of our purpose-built homes, where we provide specialised care to residents with a variety of complex conditions.

A nutritious meal is essential for our residents' health, which is why your role as a Kitchen Assistant is critical.

Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be a part of an ambitious, growing company with an outstanding team.

To assist with preparation of breakfast, lunch and supper.
Preparation of sandwiches, soup and evening menu which is nutritious, adequate, varied and presentable, taking into account the needs of all clients, their cultural background and dietary requirements.
To take an interest in menu planning and trial new dishes.
To assist chef in cooking lunches as and when required
To take pride in work and meet all quality standards
To at all times wear clean kitchen whites and keep hair covered, hands clean and nails trimmed.

The Kitchen Assistant is required to have the following attributes/ About You:

Kitchen Assistant experience (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication & listening skills
Valid Right to Work and DBS
