Morgan Philips Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a key client in Glasgow as they look to recruit a Credit Controller to their small finance team.

Our client has had a successful few years and is looking to contiune the same growth throughout 2023.


Salary:
£20,000 - £23,000

Office Based - Glasgow City Centre


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts ensuring invoices are paid promptly
  • Utilising all available communication channels, prioritising telephone contact
  • Utiliise relationships with key stakeholders to drive query resolution and payment
  • Ensure a best in class client experience
  • Deliver monthly aged debt, cash collection and DSO targets
  • Attend regular ledger reviews with Credit Control Team Leader

Skills / Knowledge:


  • Collections experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • General finance background
  • Expert communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to review data and confidently make decisions
  • Great negotiator
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, MS Word).
  • Selfstarter, disciplined, and detail oriented with ability to work
