Morgan Philips Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a key client in Glasgow as they look to recruit a Credit Controller to their small finance team.

Our client has had a successful few years and is looking to contiune the same growth throughout 2023.

Salary:
£20,000 - £23,000

Office Based - Glasgow City Centre

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of client accounts ensuring invoices are paid promptly
Utilising all available communication channels, prioritising telephone contact
Utiliise relationships with key stakeholders to drive query resolution and payment
Ensure a best in class client experience
Deliver monthly aged debt, cash collection and DSO targets
Attend regular ledger reviews with Credit Control Team Leader

Skills / Knowledge:

Collections experience, preferably in a B2B environment
General finance background
Expert communication and presentation skills
Ability to review data and confidently make decisions
Great negotiator
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, MS Word).
Selfstarter, disciplined, and detail oriented with ability to work
