Account Manager

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our client based in Slough

The successful Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Retaining a portfolio of the existing members, articulating the value of membership and encouraging active participation in activities
  • Broadening and deepening member engagement, becoming a trusted advisor to members and customers, providing high quality information and support
  • Building and maintaining an appropriate sales pipeline with a view to meeting and exceeding annual sales targets
  • Identifying and acting upon opportunities for upgrading members
  • Creating and maintaining engagement plans to meet retention and sales targets
  • Tracking and recording all member and prospect engagement via the CRM system

The Account Manager will have:

  • Proactive approach to customer service, including experience in hosting events
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability of interacting with members and articulating the membership value proposition
  • Confident, friendly persona with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A team player, working collaboratively with colleagues across the business and building consensus
  • Fully competent in Windows Office products & social media skills
  • Willingness to travel to internal and external events
