TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR


An amazing opportunity with a market leading firm who are looking to recruit an eager Trainee Sales Negotiator for this superb Loughborough office.

This is a fast paced role and you must be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and enjoy being a team member.

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator your Responsibilities are;

  • To assist the sales team in the achievement of the sales targets for the business.
  • Effective handling of enquiries and conversion into viewings or market appraisals.
  • Follow up previous viewings for further feedback and buying decisions.
  • Provide timely, respectful and constructive feedback to our vendors.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on previous applicants to generate viewings for properties we have for sale. Archive client records where all potential interest has been checked, exhausted and recorded.
  • Effective meeting of customers that visit our offices and handling their enquiries.
  • Provide support with sales progressions via solicitors, buyers, and vendors, to help achieve a high completion rate.
  • Ensure vendors & buyers receive regular updates.
  • Provide administration support such as; sales property folders, document check lists, window cards, for sale boards, brochures, antimoney laundering compliance and key movements.
  • Carry out compliance checks including Anti-Money Laundering for all clients.
  • Daily checking of reviews, tasks and other actions due.
  • Create a live for sale listing.
  • Eager to learn and develop negotiation and sales skills through handson experience and training.
  • A proactive approach with a cando attitude, target driven to get results
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and importantly as part of a team
  • Be smart, professional and personable at the same time
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organisation, strong time management skills and prioritisation skills with the ability to control your own diary
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Positive attitude in all situations being able to resolve issues.
  • Negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for the business and the customer
  • The successful individual will thrive in a fastpaced environment and have the ability to provide a superb customer service in addition to generate sales
  • A full, clean UK Driving License
  • The Right to Work in the United Kingdom

Monday - Friday, every other Saturdays, 9am -1pm, with half day back in lieu
